Mill and Factory
FACS is a comprehensive manufacturing complex with 30,000 square feet fabrication facility located in Ironton, Ohio, capable to provide Fabrication services of manufacturing the smallest item to large multi-disciplined process skids that include ASME pressure vessels, pipe, pipe spools, and structural steel components. Extensive shop sandblasting and industrial coatings services are also available at the facility to meet customer requirements.
FACS Fabrication facility utilizes “Lean Manufacturing” techniques, for ongoing improvement to safety, cost, quality of product and delivery. The objective is to add value to our customers’ needs at an ongoing basis.

Construction Maintenance and Repair (CMR)
FACS with its fabrication facility has the capability to provide repair and maintenance services in-house to support the field maintenance & repair teams located at the customer’s sites. FACS provides easy access to resource of work force up to 500 people to provide CMR services to various regions throughout North America.

Project Management
FACS offers Project Management Services to Project life cycle acting as the extension of the owner / customer’s organization. Depending upon the project requirements, FACS will establish drivers to meet planned tasks using Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera to execute and track project progress.
